Cassie's Dream Wedding on a
Budget
Think you can't have your fairytale wedding on a small
budget? Think again. Cassie and Jeff had a wonderful wedding
in her small backyard with over 100 guests. The space was
a little tight, but all of the guests were happy to be there
celebrating with the couple. Cassie's mom made hors
d'oeuvres and finger foods, planted flowers in the back
yard, decorated, and made the party favors. Except
for photography, I can't think of anything they didn't do themselves
or delegate out to friends.
Worried about a location for nice
pictures? No problem.
For pictures after the wedding, we started
at the ceremony site in their back yard. However it soon became
too crowded and I moved Cassie and Jeff out to the back alley (a dirt
road with weeds) to finish up. I'm sure Cassie's mom thought
I was crazy for taking her daughter and new son-in-law out
to the alley for photos, but she loves the photos after seeing them.
The pictures are beautiful, spontaneous and wonderfully unique.
