On the
question of whether or not to see your groom before the wedding ceremony,
I always advise people NOT to see each other until the music and ceremony
are underway and you are walking down the aisle. There is something
so special about that moment when you see each other for the first
time at the end of the aisle... you can't get that moment back and
you can't fake it.
If you want to do all of your
pictures before the ceremony, you can. Granted, doing so makes
my job easier. However, a typical order of photographs
would look like this:
Before the Ceremony - Photograph
the bride, bridesmaids and bride's family members.
Before the Ceremony
- Separately photograph the groom, groomsmen and groom's family.
Ceremony starts - Photograph ceremony.
After Ceremony - Photograph
collective family, entire wedding party, and the bride and groom together.
Photograph
Reception and all components.
This is only a suggested order.
If you want to do all photos beforehand, we can do that as well.
